He was born into a middle class family in Amazon region of Ecuador March 19 (nineteen), 1953 (nine teen, fifty three) he has 59 (fifty nine) years old in Rocafuerte ,Orellana province.
He hasbeen Married for over 20 (twenty) years with Rocio Gonzalez, who had three daughters Irina, Cristina, and Carina. Rocio has been his companion and pillar in the hardest moments. "A trusty woman" as hepoints out.
He graduated in Public Administration from the Central University of Ecuador.
After an assault with a shot at close range, lost mobility in his legs. After a long and painfulrecovery, he decided to "live again" and he became a professional motivational lectures by carrying a message of joy, solidarity and love.
He created the foundation "Eventa" to promote humor and joy as away of life based on personal testimony. Lenin Moreno argues and demonstrates that humor is the best medicine for physical and emotional illnesses.
He has authored about 10 books on his theory ofhumor, including "philosophy for life and work", "Theory and Practice of Comedy", "Being Happy is Easy and Fun," "World's Best Jokes" "Humor of Fame", "Trompabulario", "Laugh, not sick" and " Storiesnot ecological "
He is currently the only officer with disabilities in the continent. The international community recognizes it as a great promoter and defender of the rights of persons withdisabilities, through the actions of its large cross mystical solidarity: Solidarity Mission "Manuela Mirror" and the program "Joaquin Gallegos Lara."
He is currently Vice President of Ecuador, not only inmood serene and soft-spoken, he has a smile that invites imitation.
