I am writing in connection with the above order for office furniture, which we placed with your company on 6 January 2004.

We havereceived part of the order but unfortunately, the crates were damaged on the outside, and looked as if they had been roughly handled. When we unpacked them, we found that some items had infact been damaged.

I have contacted the haulage firm and asked them to collect them and return them to you. As we have already paid for these items, we must insist therefore, that youarrange for a new delivery or refund our money in full without delay.
