The PeerBox Mobile Beta version is a pre-release version and is distributed solely fortesting purposes.
Downloading music from peer-to-peer networks is not available in this Beta release and
will be enabled soon.
Nareos does not endorse nor condone the sharing of copyrighted materials.Nareos shall
not be liable for any unlawful use of the Software.
PeerBox Mobile™ incorporates an Audio Fingerprinting component to recognize
copyrighted content and collect payments for it.
Thecomponent is currently being integrated and will be available in an upcoming release
of PeerBox Mobile™.

Your Rights/Obligations
You shall not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile ordisassemble the Software
or any part thereof or otherwise attempt to derive source code or create derivative works
therefrom.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the Software is at yourown risk and
that the Software is provided "as is" without any warranties or conditions whatsoever.
You assume responsibility for selecting the Software to achieve your intended results,
and for theuse and the results obtained from the use of the Software.
Nareos has, and shall retain all title and copyrights in and to the Software, including but
not limited to all modifications, alterationsand improvements thereto and thereof and any
and all comments, suggestions and/or feedbacks which you (or others) may submit with
regard to the Software.
In no event shall Nareos or its suppliers beliable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
special or consequential damages or for any damages whatsoever arising out of use or
inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility...
