Los sandwiches son mundialmente conocidos tal vez por saber mezclar con inteligencia dos ingredientes básicos carne y pan (alimento), de esta forma se tienen las hamburguesas, , el sloppy joe, en algunos casos el maíz tiene un papel muy importante. Algunos de los platos más representativos son: papas fritas, pan, pastelme manzana, brownies,maiz pira,hamburguesa de queso ,ponques entre otros.
