OBJETIVO: OBJETIVO: ABATIR EL ABANDONO ESCOLAR DE LOS JOVENES SINALOENSES
PONENCIA ELABORADA POR EL LICENCIADO EN ADMINISTRACIÓN PÚBLICA Y CIENCIAS POLÍTICAS, LUISGERARDO ESCOBAR MAGAÑA.
RESPECTO A LA EDUCACION
• Todos los especialistas y expertos en materia social coinciden ( y lo demuestran estadísticamente), que la educación moldea las sociedades, lasculturas y las economías, plasmando en ellas, cuanto mayor es cuantitativamente y cualitativamente la escolaridad de su población, mayor es el progreso, desarrollo y nivel de vida del que gozan.RESPECTO A LA EDUCACION

EDUCACIÓN, LA CLAVE PARA RECUPERAR LA SEGURIDAD DE SINALOA Y CRECER ECONÓMICAMENTE
• SINALOA con un promedio escolar de supoblación menor a 2do. Secundaria, las variables sociales que refleja son en consecuencia las menos deseadas por cualquier sociedad: Altos índices delictivos, pobreza, desigualdad social, incipientecrecimiento económico entre otros. • Es indispensable revertir la tendencia de abandono y deserción escolar de nuestros jóvenes y aumentar su nivel educativo si deseamos tener en el futuro un mejor SINALOA, másseguro y económicamente más prospero.
