TYPICAL DISHES:
* CHANCHO DEAD, you can taste your peel, fry, stew, sausages and this is accompanied by mote and toasted.

* GUINEA PIG, characterizes Cuenca by breedingthese wonderful animals, is served with rice, potatoes drowned, lettuce and egg.

1. MUSEODEL BANCO CENTRAL:
Display the history of Ecuador. The exhibition includes a display of antique pieces, sculptures, paintings, utensils, all kinds of objects and art dating back to the early settlersEcuadorians. You can also see the archaeological museum, explore the beautiful botanical garden.
2. PARQUE NATURAL DE CAJAS:
Covering an area of 29,000 hectares is one of the well-knownparks in Cuenca. A 29 kilometers west of Cuenca. The park has more than 250 lakes. There are about 125 species of birds. Common is the Condor and violet metal tail.
3. CATEDRAL DE LA INMACULADACONCEPCION:
The cathedral is made of alabaster and marble. Its floors are covered with pink marble imported from Carrara, Italy. Romantic style and Baroque architecture are present. It is one of the mostimportant churches of the city, and is located in the historic center.
4. RUINAS DE INGAPIRCA:
It is located in the province of Cañar, an hour and 45 minutes from the city of Cuenca. Ingapircameans "Inca Stone Wall". It is currently believed that Ingapirca was both a religious and administrative center, as a fortress. The complex was built by the Incas in an ancient settlement Cañari.LOCATION:
* Geography: It is located 450 km south of Quito
* Climate: 12 to 25 degrees Celsius
