Introduction:
The FBI is an organization of the department of justice that helps in all federal crimes inside the Indian reservations. The federal government has the primary responsibility for investigating and prosecuting serious crimeon Indian reservations even thou is not there priority. The agency was established in 1908 as the Bureau of Investigation (BOI). Its name was changed to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in 1935. The FBI's main goal is to protect and defend the United States, to uphold and enforce the criminal laws of the United States, and to provide leadership and criminal justice services to federal,state, municipal, and international agencies and partners.

All changed in March 1, 1932 when young Charles Agustus Lindbergh, Jr. was kidnap from his home with only two years of life. This kidnapping affected in such a way that the bureau understood that the needed to improve and opened their eyes to all those situations were America needed them. This way there priorities, missions, operationsand organization changed. Most of these changes were created by a man called J. Edgar Hoover. Witch, besides all of the romures, his ideas brought the agency to what we know as the FBI.

The agency grew a lot in since Hoover was hired, but he put the base and we created the rest. As Hoover’s legacy past down the FBI grew stronger with new tecnologies, knowledge, ect. All of those situations thatthe FBI had to pass brought them to were we are today. Now the FBI and the Armed Forces are working together for one common good. And together they will end this national threat.

Bureau of Investigation:
A force of special agents created the bureau of investigation or BOI in 1908. It was create. The purpose of it was to protect and serve the United States of America, to uphold and enforce thecriminal laws and provide leadership and criminal justice services to federal, state, municipal and international agencies and partners. What we know as the FBI to be were it stands today it was first known as the BOI or Bureau of Investigation. The BOI had to pass to many eras like: “the lawless years”. World War II, the Vietnam War era, Aftermath of the Watergate and the vise of internationalcrimes. For the FBI to be what we know it first had to go through different eras as the BOI so that they could evolve to the agency that the country needed.

In 1908 the BOI started from a force of Special Agents by the Attorney General Charles Bonaparte during the presidency of Theodore Roosevelt. Once the BOI was established there were were not many federal crimes so they primarily investigatedviolation of laws like national banking. The years from 1921-1933 were called the Lawless Years because of gangsters and the public disregard for Prohibition, witch made it illegal to sell and import intoxicating beverages. Prohibition created a new federal medium for fighting crimes. During the World War II specifically between the years of 1940-1941 while the other countries were at war, theUnited States started to move away from neutrality and the Congress reestablished the draft. The BOI was responsible for locating draft evaders and deserters. And with Freeh as director of the BOI, he restructured the BOI in order to maximize its operational response to crime.

The BOI was created by the Attorney General Charles Bonaparte to protect and serve the United States. Once the BOI was...
