RESUMEN
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el efecto que tiene la Buena Fe Registral contenida en el Art. 2014 del Código Civil en la seguridad jurídica delDerecho Registral en el Perú; es verdad, que el registro tiene por finalidad otorgar seguridad a los derechos reales, ya que a través de los principios de legitimación y fé pública registral se logra garantizar al adquiriente la oponibilidad de su derecho.
También referente a la estructura del trabajo, este se desarrolló tomando en cuenta aspectos importantes como son la parte metodológica, quesirvió de soporte para la realización de la investigación en cuanto al acopio, interpretación, contrastación y presentación de resultados, que permitieron demostrar la coherencia necesaria en todas las partes de la investigación.
Asimismo, en lo referente al soporte teórico conceptual, la investigación facilitó que se utilice bibliografía especializada en cuanto al tema, lo cual fue presentadoen forma técnica en el desarrollo del marco teórico y demostrar que dichos alcances, son coherentes con los objetivos del estudio y clarificaron que la investigación es de interés en razón a las variables utilizadas.
Como parte final del trabajo realizado se puede acotar que el tema ha permitido que se lleve a cabo la contrastación de las hipótesis y se arribe metodológicamente a lasconclusiones y luego se planteen recomendaciones viables que están orientadas a la solución de esta problemática.

ABSTRACT
The present research has as aim determine the effect that has the Good Faith Registral contained in the Art. 2014 of the Civil Code in the juridical safety of the Law Registral in Peru; it is true, that the recordhas for purpose grant safety to the royal rights, since across the beginning of legitimization and fé public registral is achieved to guarantee to the acquirer the oponibilidad of his right.
Also relating to the structure of the work, this one developed bearing in mind important aspects since they are the methodological part, which used as support for the accomplishment of the investigation asfor the collection, interpretation, contrastation and presentation of results, which allowed to demonstrate the necessary coherence in all the parts of the research.
Likewise, in what concerns the theoretical conceptual support, the investigation facilitated that bibliography specialized as for the topic is in use, which was presented in technical form in the development of the theoretical frameand to demonstrate that the above mentioned scopes, they are coherent with the aims of the study and they clarified that the investigation is of interest in reason to the used variables.
Since final report of the realized work can annotate that the topic has allowed that the contrastation of the hypotheses should be carried out and one arrives methodologically at the conclusions and then thereappear viable recommendations that are orientated to the solution of this problematics.
