Introduction to Script:
Mexican Independence Day celebrates the events and people thateventually resulted in independence from Spain, the country that had control over the territory of New Spain, as it was also known then. Fueled by three centuries of oppression and sparked by a call torevolution by the respected Catholic priest Hidalgo, the Mexican Revolution erupted in the village of Dolores, in the state of Guanajuato. The revolution pitted the poor indigenous Indian and mixed matzogroups against the privileged classes of Spanish descent, and pushed them into a violent and bloody battle for freedom from Spain.

DIRECTOR:
Hace ya 198años que el cura Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, enarbolara un estandarte con la imagen de la Virgen de Guadalupe, y guiara a todo un País hacia su libertad. En este año es para nosotros un privilegiocelebrar el 198 aniversario de esta lucha pues estamos ya, nada menos que en la antesala del BICENTENARIO de la lucha armada que nos libero del yugo Español.
GUION:
Narrador: La Nueva España gozaba deprosperidad y un increíble crecimiento que la colocaba, entre los países más ricos del mundo, en el siglo XIX.
Pero no solo el desarrollo económico había llamado la atención del mundo, sino tambiénel gran desarrollo intelectual impulsado por las corrientes filosóficas de la ilustración que venían de Francia, como vientos libertadores.
En la Nueva España surge, entonces un movimiento...
