CHUTNEYS

MOONGPHALI KI CHUTNEY
Ingredients
100g de peanuts (roasted)
10 g green chillies
30 ml lemon juice
5 mg ginger
5 gm garlic
10 ml ground nut oil
Salt to taste
Water as requiredPut all the ingredients in a blender and make a paste to a granular consistency by adding water little by little.

TIL CHUTNEY

Ingredientes
80 gm sesame seeds (roasted)
10 ml sesasame oil
30 gmmint leaves
10 mg green chillies
40 ml lemon juice
40 gm tamarind pulp
10 gm onion (finely chopped)
5 gm garlic paste
3 gm ginger paste
Salt to taste
Water as required Put all theingredients except onions, in a blender, and make a smooth paste. Add finely chopped onions to the paste before serving.

SARSON CHUTNEY
Ingredients
80 gm mustard powder
10 gm coarsely ground mustard30ml lemon juice
20 ml vinegar (malt)
Salt to taste
10 ml refined oil
5 gm turmeric powder
Water as required

In a bowl mix al the ingredients except oil. Add oil to the misture slowly, whiskingall the time.

NARIYAL CHUTNEY

Ingredientes
80 gm fresh cocomunt (grated)
5 gm red chilly paste
5 gm green chilly paste
10 gm tamarind pulp
15 ml lemon juice
15 gm coriander paste
Blacksalt a pinch
Salt to taste

Grate fresh coconut and mix rest of yhe ingredients in a glass bowl an serve.

PUDINA DAHIKI CHUTNEY
Ingredients
50 gm green mint leves (chopped)
20 gm greencoriander (chopped)
70 gm curd (whisked)
5 nos green chilli
3 gm ginger (chopped)
5 gm garlic (chopped)
5 gm sugar
Black salt a pinch
Salt to taste
20 ml water
Put all the ingredients, exceptyoghurt, in a blender, add chilled water and grind to a thick paste. Fold this thick pste into whisked curd. Check for seasoning.

PIAZ KI CHUTNEY
Ingredients
250 gm onions
75 ml groundnut oil
100 gmurad dal
Asafoetidfa a pinch
20 gm tamarind pulp
2 nos whole red chilli
Salt to taste
10 gm ginger
5 gm garlic
