Washington, 19 feb (EFE).- La revista Fitness realizó una encuesta publicada hoy en la que preguntó a 2.400 mujeres si estarían dispuestas a sacrificar un año desexo por estar delgadas y el 51 por ciento contestó afirmativamente.
Este es uno de los resultados de una encuesta centrada en las dietas y los hábitos alimenticios delas mujeres que, según algunos expertos, subraya la presión que sienten algunas sobre su aspecto físico.
El 22 por ciento de las consultadas señaló que la peor parte deestar a dieta es seguir un plan para perder esos kilos de más. El 43 por ciento reconoció que ha evitado comer y el 39 por ciento ha tomado pastillas para adelgazar.
Encuanto a las dietas, el 40 por ciento reconoció que hizo su primer régimen para adelgazar antes del instituto en algún curso del grado medio (entre los 11 y los 14 años)
