CARE OF THE PLANET
The apparition of humans on the planet is a relatively recent event. However, advances in accelerated destruction of the environment caused by human activities, causing climatic,sudden, species extinction, air pollution and water changes, among other damage. That damage can be irreparable, at least in the short term.
Currently a great extension of soil has been lost or islosing its fertile layer. This process is called desertification and some of its causes are: The felling of trees to increase soil erosion by the sun, wind and water, the impact of agricultural andlivestock activities that deplete soils, that are no longer productive due to the use of inappropriate techniques and the use of machinery.
Pollution damages the physical characteristics, chemical orbiological air, soil or water, harmfully affect human life or other species or deteriorating natural resources. Occurs when a foreign element, called contaminant is introduced in any medium (air, soil,water), and alters its natural composition. Environmental pollution is the presence of an agent or a combination of several drugs, so that they are harmful to the flora, fauna and the health of thepopulation. The contaminants fall into two groups. Pleasant substances themselves can become the medium using the action of living organisms, such as bacteria. The non-degradable remain unchanged overtime. For example, industrial chemicals or debris.
Water contamination produces, additionally of make the water not drinkable, causes the death of the marine flora and fauna and the shore.Deforestation not only harms the soil but produces huge disequilibrium. An example of this is: soil erosion intensifies, the clogging of rivers (accumulation of debris in his bed), large floods, permanentdrought occurs, climatic shifts occur, biodiversity is lost among others.
