Rules for cyclists

Obligations:

    * I. Just be accompanied by the number of people for which there is seating available;      (or working in a circus ...)
    * II. Circular by the extreme right lane of the highway and proceed with caution when passing parked cars;
      (water with cars that open the doors ...)    * III. Circular of the right lane when passing a motor vehicle must use the left lane;
