Laboratorio: ADN de Platano

RESUMEN: Primero cortamos en pequeños trozos el plátano, lo licuamos y le pusimos la misma cantidad de agua que de plátano, lo pusimos en un pote de vidrio a través de un colador,posteriormente vertimos 1/4 de detergente del total del licuado. Luego revolvimos lentamente y lo dejamos reposar 10 minutos. Terminado el reposo agregamos 1 cucharada de enzimas y revolvemos por 5 minutosmás mezclamos lentamente para no romper el ADN.

PALABRAS CLAVE: El detergente rompe las células para separar al núcleo y liberar el ADN, las enzimas ayudan en la catarsis de reacción de la célula, sila mezcla se revuelve con fuerza, el ADN se puede fragmentar, ya que está disperso en la solución y sin membrana protectora, ya que está disperso en la solución y sin membrana protectora, también,las enzimas ayudan a separar el ADN del ARN.










ABSTRACT: At first, we cut in to many pieces the banana, we liquefy it and put the twice of the amount of banana in water, we moved itin to a glass container through a trainer and pouring 1/4 of detergent from the total of the mix. Then we stir slowly and we let it stand for 10 minutes. Finished the stand we add 1 spoonful of enzymesand stir during 5 more minutes. We do it slowly to avoid breaking the ADN. We pour the mix in to the test tubes and add the alcohol until in equakize the amount of mix. The ADN rises and we pick itup with a pencil .We noted that in the ADN were many small filaments that hanged from it.


KEY WORDS: The detergent broke the cells to separate the core and free the ADN, the enzymes help in thecatharsis of reaction in the cell, if we stir so strongly the mix, the ADN can broke, because it is dispersed in the mix and it haven’t a protective membrane, also, the enzymes help in the separation...
