Aboutown Airbus strongly recommends that you arrange to arrive at least three (3) hours prior to your flight departure time and to allow approximately ninety (90) minutes prior to your airbusdeparture time from the airport. LUGGAGE Each ADULT is allowed one (1) carryon (9âx16âx22â) and two (2) suitcases. Each suitcase is not to exceed 66â (168cm) in overall length, width and height and must notweigh more than 70 pounds (32 kilograms). These items MAY berequired 24 hours in advance of your scheduled Airbus departure time and MAY be transported to your Airbus destination in advance of your scheduled Airbus departure time on a space available basis.Aboutown Airbus reserves the right to refuse excess baggage that is not prearranged and/or items that are prohibited by law. We do not permit weapons or objects which may be used as a weapon in ourvehicles. Anyone or any such item may be refused travel at our discretion. FLIGHT DELAYS Please note that Aboutown Airbus does not monitor flight information. We are not responsible for delayed, early orcanceled flights. Should your flight be delayed and you do not meet your scheduled airbus in time, you will be placed on a space available basis for the next available airbus departure.
