Leadership
According to Leadership: A theoretical approach. (Wyant, 2010) Leadership is just like anyother skill in life. Some people are born leaders, and some of them are made by practice, like a singer or a painter. Leaders are everywhere, but how can we tell if a leader is a good leader or a badone? We all at some point in our life have worked for a manager or a supervisor that does not treat others with respect or know which direction to lead. (Yukl, 2002), A good leader is the one that notdirects with confidence, but is almost always open to suggestions. By doing this, the leader shows that he not only cares about his crew, but is humble. Sometimes people are afraid of leaders, butleadership is really nothing more than being a secure, confident, prepared individual. The leader sticks out from the rest because he has effective ideas, knows how to handle a group of two people orone hundred people, without losing control.

A leader is a strong individual, while a follower is a weak one. (Yukl, 2002) However, the strong part of a leader comes with experience. Anybody canbe a leader. We all have a brain and are full of ideas. The difference is how much do we believe in ourselves and how much will somebody else believe in you. Leaders are like good salesmen, youlisten to them and if you believe in them you will buy it.

Sometimes there are leaders who enjoy giving unnecessary orders or tasks, just to feel they are in control.(Hemphill & Coons, 1957) Thesetype of leaders need to convince themselves that they are in charge, and the only way to prove it to themselves is to order others around; that is a bad leader.

On the other hand, there areleaders who know exactly what needs to be done, and understand and explain the purpose of each task that needs to be accomplished to finish the job. Those leaders work hand and hand just like one...
