1.- What do you think about Philip?
All of us thought that Philip shouldn’t be the judge on this case because he is involve in itand thus, he will be impartial. As it is said in articles 8.1 and 6.1, citizens have the rigth to be judged by an impartial and external court.
2.- What legalprofessions would intervene in the case? Explain the reasons others don’t have a role in this case.
3.-Which task do they have?
On this case would take part mostof the law professions but not all as for example: law proffesor bacause is the person who teaches the knowledge of law and how to apply it, so their function is notnecessary on this case.
Either will be necessary the notary’s rule because his main function is to verify and to declare validity of documents but only privateones and his work is not essencial here.
Finally, prosecutor’s task is not required on this case because their function is has to do with public law and thiscase is not much needed.
Regarding legal proffesions which would intervene, we could emphasize on lawyer’s figure which is in charge of defending both parts in thecase.
Also the judge’s role, because he regulates in the trial and takes a final decision taking into account all points of view.
An attorney could beneeded because he represents the client and connects both parts in the case and the courts.
Finally but not less important, court clerk is important because hedevelop a basic function which is preparation and redaction about the development of trials. Also they prepare legal documents and writtes all that is said in the court.
