Marijuana is a plant that has been use for many years as a recreation method for youth. Almost everyone has tried marihuana and its effects. In addition toproviding a relaxing feeling to the consumers, it can be also used for medical or religious purposes. In many countries it is not seen as a danger for the society, so marijuana is legal in those countries.In other countries marijuana has brought different problems to society, which can be seen as a danger for it. Legalization of marijuana might be a possible solution to the problems related to it thatsociety faces nowadays in the United States.
Although marijuana can be used for medical purposes, marijuana is the most commonly used illicit drug in the United States. Teens are increasinglyturning to it, and last year pot overtook cigarettes in popularity with 6.6 percent of 12th-graders using it daily. In the research findings is exposed that every year the youth is consuming moremarijuana. The legalization of marijuana could increase the popularity of the drug in high schools; as a result, the chances of falling into the hands of younger children. (Reuters)

The problem of the consumption in a short age is the low knowledge about the dangers during the state of effect, the mental aftermaths and how exposedthey are to get addicted to it, the loss of control of their actions. This could be an important enough reason to disapprove the legalization of drugs.
