The board hires the president and the vice-president to manage the bank, along with the cashier, the tellersand other workers who from the staff.
most of the work has to do with checking and savings accounts and making loans. Bank invests money too and planing the investment is also very important.
Stockholders receive regular dividends but some earnings are held in reserve accounts.

¿Quien Realmente pertenece al banco?
A los accionistas le pertenece. En el comienzo. Ellos reunen el capital necesario y a ellos se les otorga una autorización del gobierno. Ellos son los miembros del consejo de directores accionistas, elegidos por los otros accionistas que administren el banco.
