Aims:

* Expressing ideas consistency in the use of

To describe places and people applyingthe use
of adjectives

Anticipated Learning Difficulties Solutions:
1) Form: Students use auxiliary in past setences using verb to be. 2) Meaning: Students have problems with lexicalmeanings. 3) Pronunciation: Students do not make differences between voice and voiceless sound | 1) Writing Strategies, Gap – Filling exercises 2) Reading Strategies, Vocabulary 3) Radio and realpronunciation from the teacher. |

Form: Would rather is followed by a bare infinitive without to, whereas prefer requires to +infinitive. Would rather (but not would prefer to) is also followed by a past tense when we want to involve other people in the action, even though it has a present or future meaningPast simplestructure divided into affirmative (Subject + Main verb in past), Negative (Subject + Auxiliary verb Did+ not + main verb) and Question (Did + Subject + Main Verb).
