Could the earth controlled by robots?
Four generations of robots
Do you think that a robot can ever compete with a man intelligence? Well, Hans Peter Moravec does. A profesor at Carnegie-Mellon University. Moravec made his first robot when he was 10 years old . He believes that there will be four generations of robots before man care create a thinking robot.
The first generation of robotswill have the intelligence of a reptile and will only be able to do manual chores, as handle objets or clean things. This will be by 1999.
The second generation (2000-2010) of robots will have the brain power mammals. These machines will be able t be trained and to respond to signals.
By the third generation, wich will come in 2010-2020, robots will be able to use imagination. They will be as Smarta monkey and will have the capacity of imitating.
Finally, in the fourt generation, there will be robots with human-like intelligence according to Professor Moravec (2020-2030).
And then? Moravec thinks that perhaps robots will start to reproduce themselves and thehuman race will be relegated to a second place… What do you think?

¿Cree usted que un robot nunca puede competir con una inteligencia del hombre? Bueno, Hans Moravec Peter hace. Un profesor de la Carnegie-Mellon University. Moravec hizo su primer robot cuando tenía 10 años de edad. Él cree que habrá cuatro generaciones de robots antes de que la atención al hombre crear un robot pensante.
La primera generación de robots tendrán la inteligencia de unreptil y sólo será capaz de hacer tareas manuales, como manipular objetos o cosas limpias. Este será el año 1999.
La segunda generación (2000-2010) de los robots tendrán los mamíferos capacidad cerebral. Estas máquinas serán capaces de t ser entrenados y para responder a las señales.
En la tercera generación, cosa que vendrá en el período 2010-2020, los robots serán capaces de usar la imaginación.Serán como un mono inteligente y tendrá la capacidad de imitar.
Por último, en la generación fourt, habrá robots con inteligencia similar a la humana según el profesor Moravec (2020-2030).
¿Y después? Moravec cree que tal vez los robots comienzan a reproducirse a sí mismas y la raza thehuman será relegado a un segundo lugar ... ¿Qué te parece?

`maybe we´ll giveyou your own room for your last night,’ the guard said to Tim. `we don´t want anything to happen to you not on your las night. Come with me. Only a few more hours,and then you´ll be free.’ The guard pulled Tim to his feet.’ Here,don’t forget your glasses.’ He picked them up and gave them toTim.
`I’m sorry. I didn´t feel very well for a minute. But i´m ok now.
The guard helped timo ut, andunlocked another heavy door.
