Dear Mr Piernagorda,

I am writing in order to complain about evil dimensions mechanical parts that you made, the late delivery of theworks done by you and the poor presentation of your technician.

First of all, I was assembling the machine when suddenly the parts didn’t fit. It is, because thedimensions the mechanical parts that I sent in the plane are in inches and you made it in millimeters. I want that you fix it, because I need to assemble the machine to give it tothe company that requested one of my machines. If you do not deliver me the machine, the company will punish me for breach.

Secondly, you are delivering late the worksthat I send you. I have been stranded assemble the machine because, there are parts that need assemble before continuing with some system. My company has lowered theeffectiveness indices and I would like that this New Year it improves.

Lastly, the presentation of your technician doesn’t is the best one. My company was ranked as the greatplace to work and the cleanest of the companies in Colombia. My company should be the best for long time and your technician doesn’t help it.

Taking into consideration theproblems mentioned before I would like you will solve it as soon as possible or a refund of my full money of the mechanical parts.
