Subject: Proposal for Web Design

Gomez Computer Solutions would behappy to update your existing web page into a newly fresh designed site according to the specifications discussed during our February 10 meeting. We can schedule the project for the week beginning March5, 2012 (two weeks from today). The project will take roughly five weeks to complete.

Our web design and programming approach is unique. We provide a full staff of licensed web designers andprogrammers and schedule our projects so that when the designer finishes, the web programmer is ready to begin. To expedite this project, as you requested, we have agreed to overlap several designers andprogrammers whose work can be done concurrently.

Gomez Computer Solutions will provide the following work:

• Remove old HTML design and replace it with HTML5, a modern and advanced design.
•Addition of new content, modification of existing content and deletion of old content.
• Website hosting for the next three years.
• Submission of your site to the leading search engines.
•Implementation of new security system.
• E-commerce platform. We work with all the major merchant account providers which mean you can accept many kinds of payments, including PayPal and credit cards.
•Install SQL and Access.

The work does not include logo redesign, flash animations, e-mail template designs, banners and image creation or chat rooms. We would be happy to bid these projects in thefuture.
