Ley del seguro social

TITULO PRIMERO DISPOSICIONES GENERALES

CAPITULO UNICO
Artículo 4. El Seguro Social es el instrumento básico de la seguridad social, establecido como un servicio público de carácter nacional en los términos de esta Ley, sin perjuicio de los sistemas instituidos por otros ordenamientos.

* Elseguro social es el medio por el cual obtenemos ayuda médica, y protección en el trabajo el cual nos lo dan por ser de carácter publico esto quiere decir que es sin costo alguno a nivel nacional y sin tener prejuicio alguno.
