Which would be detrimental to the sexual freedom of another person, using violence or intimidation shall be punished as sexual assault responsiblefor the imprisonment of one to five years.
Article 179.
When sexual assault consists of vaginal intercourse, anal or oral, or introduction of body members or objects for any of the first twopassages, the perpetrator shall be punished as guilty of violation with the penalty of imprisonment of six to 12 years.
