In this essay I will explain in a brief way to implement this innovative law in our country, and the benefits andconsequences of complying with the law or not.
Any company or individual that has data of others, such as employees, customers, students, patients, etc. must comply with the law to ensure that their use doesnot generate serious sanctions or penalties for failing to obtain the consent of the holders of such information and the handling of your information.
The new law on protection of personal data isvery far from being a constraint to business and commercial activities as touting some, I think it's a real element of protection for the privacy of individuals, the first all national legislation,where finally going to try to regulate abusive attitude of firms using banks to violate data privacy, to extort, to act with brutal impunity in the use of our information intimate basics. The law stillneeds to progress but it is a wonderful start.
I believe that the objective is understood LFPDPPP these two points:
* Ensuring privacy and self-determination of personal data.
* Regulartreatment of personal data.
To protect users of these data as well as owners of them, we can begin to get a Notice of Privacy (physical document, electronic or any other form in which the merchant orservice provider clearly states the type of require personal information of their customers and they will use these personal data) by the data owners and users are required if we are informed about thefate of our information if we own it.
We note that this law regulates absolutely everyone (individuals and corporations) that activities within their processing personal data. For example banks,insurance, telephone, media, department stores, laboratories, private hospitals etc..
