A good group that I respect and admire so much it is Coldplay. A British band formed in London in 1996. The group is formed by ChrisMartin, Jon Buckland, Guy Berryman and Hill Champion. They first success was with the song ‘’ Yellow’’

The genre of their music is more like an alternative rock. They share this style with Travis,Oasis, The Verve, and Radiohead. Their music is very relaxed, it is like a soft rock, romantic, meditative, that reflect your emotions, doubt, hopes and gives much for thought.
Somethinginteresting about of this group is that Chris Martin and Jonny Buckland meet at university and they traed to form a band durind their pass for university. After that another classmate Guy Berryman join tothe Project and finally Phil Harvey was the last member. They started playing in clubes. That is how they soon recorded they first album ‘’Parachutes’’ in 1999.Their second album ‘’ A rush of bloodto the head ‘’ in 2001 delight us with songs like In my place, Clock, The Scientist. The third album X&Y was lmore quiet and peaceful with songs like Speed of sound, fix you and Talk we couldperceived a side more relaxed od Colplay. And Finally the album ‘’Viva la vida’’ in 2006 was their last album hit.
Their public is diverse, teenagers, children, parents, even grandparents listen theirmusic. They have made at least six tours throughout the world.Finished al with a lot of succes. They put everything on the stage, specially their soul and heart.
About their reputation,nothing bad tosay, they have made donations to charities. They are interested in political issues like the war in Iraq, and they called to campaigns against global warming. Showed their support for the earthquake...
