Los contratos por su naturaleza generan obligaciones que se estipulan para ambo partes, pero además de las obligaciones civilesy morales que jurídicamente establecen, generan por la realización de éstos una obligación tributaria, y más aún siete contratos conlleva una enajenación

El Código Fiscal de la Federación, establece en su artículo 14: Se entiende por enajenación de bienes:

I. Toda transmisión de propiedad, aun en la que el enajenante se reserve el dominio del bien enajenado…La enajenación en un sentidojurídico implica la transferencia de un derecho real de 3un patrimonio a otro.

II. En un sentido amplio, enajenación implica la transferencia del dominio o cualquier otro derecho real entre dos patrimonios.
