THIS IS A LEGAL CONTRACT. By installing or otherwise using the fonts, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement,wich accompanies each font download from Typodermic Fonts Inc. (Typodermic) or its distributors, constitutes the complete agreement between you and Typodermic. This agreement covers free fonts as wellas fonts for sale. If your requirements are beyond what is covered by this agreement, you can arrange a custom agreement. http://typodermicfonts.com/pages/custom-fonts 1. Number of users The maximumnumber of simultaneous users is specified in the applicable receipt. All users must belong to the same company or household purchasing the font. If the number of users in not specified on the receipt,the default is 5 users. The licensed users need not be at the same business location. If the font is free, you may distribute the font freely within the same company or household, provided thislicense agreement is included. 2. Third parties You may provide the font to a graphic designer, web designer, software designer, printer or other service bureau that is working on your behalf only if theyagree to use the font exclusively for your work, agree to the terms of this license, and retain no copies of the font on completion of the work. You may not provide the font or make it accessible toany other third parties. 3. Embedding You may embed the licensed fonts into any document you send to third parties. You may embed the licensed fonts for use on a web site using the format of yourchoice. You can embed the fonts in any e-book format. You may embed the licensed fonts in software or install them on a server provided that the end user cannot use the fonts to create something.
