What a holiday….
Last year my husband and I took our very first holidays in almost ten years!! We were really excited about our trip and of course we thought we’d done all the necessary arrangementsto have a delightful experience (or so I thought…).
Our trip was around the “Ruta del Spondylus” and our first stop was Atacames. What a beautiful place, I’ll never forget it. After Atacames wewent to Mompiche, to the Decameron resort. My husband was supposed to book the room, but he forgot, so when we got there, they didn’t have a room for us. I was so mad with my husband, we had to go backto Atacames and stayed there for 2 more days.
We were going to go to Bahia de Caraquez, but we didn’t because we never got the chance to take the barge and had to drive instead.
We were alsosupposed to stay in Olon for a couple of days, but we didn’t because I didn’t really like the hotel….
We ended up staying in Salinas for way more time than expected… but in the end we had a good time…Put the students in small groups, and ask each group to plan a vacation for you.
They must plan where you will go, what you will do, who you will go with, and what you will buy.
When they arefinished, have each group present their plans.
