Creando la abundancia
El líder es una persona íntegra que, teniendo ideales, los persigue con tenacidad y convencimiento. Solo podrá ser considerado como tal (como un líder), cuando esos ideales generen en otros, entusiasmo y adhesión. Alcanzar esa meta, ese buen fin, ese nuevoestado, implicará, de entrada, para de inmediato, proponer un cambio. El líder debe ser atrevido, pues va a cuestionar y desafiar al establishmnet. Y no basta con ser crítico, debe tener un plan para llevarnos al estado deseado.
