INTRODUCCIÓN
Por naturaleza el ser humano no tiene miedos, estos se adquieren con el paso del tiempo, a raíz de experiencias. El hombre puede ser un líder desde niño, o desarrollarse conforme a las necesidades que vaya adquiriendo en su vida.
Hay quienes lo que hacen es transmitir las ideas propias a los demás para que se les facilite su logro, o quizá no lo hacen conscientemente,simplemente a alguien más le gusta tu idea y la toman para sí y te admiran y siguen. Ellos sienten que si el líder logra eso ellos también lo hacen o lo harán próximamente.
Es lo que hace un grupo y la razón de porqué las personas se adhieren a ellos. Les agrada la idea que el líder muestra, o la personalidad y confianza que transmite y vuelven suya esa idea.
Existen diferentes tipos deliderazgos, pero todos ellos guían a otras personas para que se cumplan metas. Por ello es importante identificar qué tipo de liderazgo tiene dicho líder a seguir.
Las personas presentan diferentes problemas para ejercer su liderazgo, como inseguridad, ignorancia, entre otros factores. Si los problemas se acumulan en la persona y esta no tiene la voluntad de cambiarlo, jamás podrá ser notado con unaimportancia tal que haga que otros se percaten de él o ella, así mismo la persona no podría persuadir a los demás para lograr metas a fin.
Ejercer el liderazgo es una habilidad que pocos suelen tener, por esta razón es importante aprender a desarrollar la habilidad, a pesar de que hay personas que se les facilita por naturaleza, hay otros que les cuesta trabajo adaptarse, pero poco a poco puedendesarrollar sus habilidades gracias a otro líder.

ABSTRACT
By nature man has no fear, these are acquired over time from experiences. The man can be a leader since child, or developed to meet the needs you gain in your life.
Some people what they do is to convey one's ideas to others so that they facilitate their achievement, or may not do it consciously, just someone else likes your idea andtake it for himself and they admire and follow. They feel that if the leader does that they do as well or will soon.
It's what makes a group and the reason why people join to them. They like the idea that the leader shows, or personality and conveys confidence and become endorsed that idea.
There are different kinds of leadership, but they all lead to others to fulfill goals. It is thereforeimportant to identify what type of leadership is the leader to follow.
People have different problems to exercise their leadership, like insecurity, ignorance, among other factors. If problems are accumulated in the person and is unwilling to change, can never be noticed with such importance that causes others to become aware of him or her, and the same person could not persuade others to achievegoals end.
Leadership is a skill that few usually have, therefore it is important to learn to develop the skill, although there are people who by nature are easy, others find it hard to adapt, but can gradually develop their skills thanks to another leader.
