Introduction
In this work it is going to be presented the findings about a phonological analysis of the Structural Grammar students of UNIVO University. It has two main aims, the first one is toanalyze pronunciation mistakes in the reading of the passage “handicapped people do useful work” to the students of the subject Structural Grammar I, in order to know what are the weaknesses andstrengths of the English students of UNIVO university in their speaking skills. The last one is to know the level of speech in the students of the subject Structural Grammar I. we look at the approachof English pronunciation of students of English in UNIVO university. We hope this research was helpful to English students and English teacher because based on these findings they can apply newtechniques in their teaching in order to improve the speaking skill of their students.

Overall Objective
• To analyze pronunciation mistakes in the reading of the passage “handicapped people douseful work” to the students of the subject Structural Grammar I of UNIVO University
Specific objectives
• To tabulate the number of mispronounced phonemes in the reading of the passage“handicapped people do useful work” to the students of the subject Structural Grammar I.

• To show the findings of the research through graphs in order to know the percentage of accuracy in pronunciation ofStructural Grammar I students

Statement of the problem
To what extent is the speaking skill of students affected by the accuracy in the English pronunciation of each phoneme and how thisinfluences the level of communication between students of the subject of grammar of English?
Justification
Human beings have an extraordinary and unique communicative ability. With a limited set ofsounds, a speaker of any language can express an infinite number of sentences. This ability is extremely complex; in reality, we are still unable to characterize its nature with any degree of precision.
