1-Biff-a command to turn on asynchronous email notification on Unix systems
2-ABEND-short for abnormal end, and refers toa program stopping prematurely due to abug , from an IBM System/360 error message.
3-COBOL- COmmon Business-Oriented Language
4-Debian- a Linux distribution ,a portmanteau of the names Ian Murdock , the Debian Project creator, and Debra Lynn, Ian's then girlfriend and future wife
5-Gentoo- a Linux distribution , named after a varietyof penguin , the universal Linux mascot.
6-CPU- An acronym for Central Processing Unit and is often used to refer to a computer system, such as “That beige box sitting nextto my 24” flat screen monitor is my new CPU.” The “beige box” being referred to in the aforementioned statement is a computer system and not a CPU, the CPU is the chipinside the computer system known specifically as the microprocessor.
7-CSV -The comma-separated values file format is a set of file formats used to store tabular data inwhich numbers and text are stored in plain textual form that can be read in a text
8-Daemon-a process in an operating system that runs in the background.9-Emacs- a text editor written in 1976, acronym for editor macros [ 6 ] [ 7 ] [ 8 ]
