The team work is a work but made by a group of people, they have a goal in common and all together they need to approach it.
All the time there is a leader and the other peoplecan ask the leader about how to do something, or about his/her opinion.
Types of teams
There are different kind of teams the one that only are together to do a single project or the ones thatare together to do a mega-project.
The leader
The leader is the sponsor of the team, he has all the responsibility of the team but also he/she has the authority to talk and support the teamand provide the necessary resources to the team.
He/she need to always have clear the goal of the team and in some cases mediate a problem between the team. He/she is the representation of the teamto other leaders.

The leaders need to be:

• Comprehensive
• Good listener
• Therole of a team leader
The leader needs to adopt three roles
o Initiator: inspire the other member’s team to continue with their job and promote the development of his/her own team.

o Coach who help the team members to improve their development.
The team
The team need to have always the same goal, and the job of the leader is to help the crewto focus on the team’s goal. There has to be a several rules or metrics to prevent problems between the team.
Also the job for all the team specially to the boss or leader is to foster the teamto continue with the project.

To make a efficient team you need to think in the things you’ll need in the project course, what kind of abilities you’ll need? , What kind ofpeople you will need? .
