Please be informed that the minimum to open a Brokerage account with Kuwait market is 5000 K.D. below
is commission & Fee schedule:

Kuwait Stock Exchange

a) KD 1.250 for eachKD 1000 up to KD 50,000.

b) KD 1.000 for each K.D 1000 for more than KD 50,000

transaction.

c) 0.500 fils for each executed trade.

d) Minimum commission is KD 5.

Shares TransferFee

KD 3 for transferring shares.

3. Cash Transfer

KD 5 for less than KD 100 transfer or equivalent.

To open an account, you need to fill the open application form by visitingyour NBK branch or visit our
head office in AlRraya II, AlShohada Street. 37th floor.

**The Minimum to open a Brokerage account in the U.S. Market is $25000, below is the commissionschedule:

· $24.95 per trade up to 1000 shares.

· $ 0.03 per share for orders that exceeds 1000 shares.

· 4% of the principle amount or $24.95 whichever is greater for penny stocks (below$1).

You need to apply online to be able to open a US Brokerage account with us by following the below steps:
