Opening Activity
We will do the Opening Activity in pg 82 but we are going to use a Ziploc Bag, so theyget the idea of what’s inside but can’t really tell.
Lesson
As we start discussing our lesson give them a copy of each writer’s profile, you might even ask for the older kids to help youreading. Once we are done discussing all 4 writers, ask the Children which one of them, they liked the most. Assure them it is ok to feel identified with somebody different from their partners at class. We are all different and unique and God wants to use those different talents we all got.
Memory Verse
The memory verse is already cut out for you and inside an envelope.Have the children organize it.
Super Agent Reinforcement Activity
Ok Super Agents time to work. Your next Mission is to write a letter about the job that The Salvation Army isdoing to keep children entertained and focused on God’s word. What are they doing right? What are they doing wrong? Do a good job and we might send your letter to General Bond, Linda Bond.Investigate Agents Investigates.
Follow the Instructions and encourage the kids to write and participate. Explain to them, it is ok to not like something or to want to improve something at churchas long as it doesn’t go against what the Bible says. Maybe read the letter at your Corp and share it with other CO if wished.
