The requirements needed to be accepted in the Fidelitas University are very easy either for costaricans or abroad and they offer a wide variety of careers.
What personally caught my attention is theelectromechanical engineering career because it isn’t taught in all universities and is what interests me the most.
They have a flexible schedule that presents many options so there is morepossibility to fit in if some students also have to work. It opens on Saturdays too from 8 to noon.
Regarding the financial options there are several ways to take to best decision. There is the system of "billsof exchange" in which you can cancel the registration first and then the remaining amount or seek "financial systems". The “financial system” works with entities as CONAPE, MUCAP and some banks.Actually CONAPE is a very good and comprehensive institution but when you finally finish your career they give relatively few months of waiting to start paying so if you have some troubles finding work itquickly become a problem instead, it happened to a friend of mine! The scholarships are of course very interesting. The discount given to students who study during the day seems to be very helpfulbecause not all of us are as lucky as many that their parents pay the university so it becomes a help much appreciated. For workers in the campus or the costarican public entities, scholarships are agreat advantage if you come from a poor family. But if you want to study at a good university as the “Fidelitas” you have to study hard and prepare yourself to impress the jury in charge of givingscholarships so they can help them to enter in.
Besides all of this there are many facilities has an extensive library, internet access, multiple labs, photocopying system available, cafeteria, parkinglots, parks, transportation, auditorium, study rooms and many other amenities!
What I like the most of the “U Fidelitas” even if I admit that this is not my first college option, is that it promotes...
