Chapter 1- “I’ll follow the sun”
The story begin in Pepper land a small city under the sea where the peace and love reigns, a lot of people live there; everybody is friendly and loves the music. It’s a beautiful place full of strawberry fields and surrounded by big mountains, with smallhouses of wood, everyplace you turn to look is like a rainbow mixed with star powder, every wall is so colorful, even the people’s clothes remember you the colors that appear in a bubble soap, the apples that grown in the trees are like Christmas spheres, and it looks like you are walking on a floor dance. It is a psychedelic world that you can see only in a freaky dream.
The people in Pepper Landalways have a big smile that take most of their face and show their white teeth, they’re always singing and laughing, of course there are fat, thin, tall and short people but everybody has big foot, large arms, red cheeks, and pinkish skin, they used to wear colorful clothes that never combine and certainly it’s against the law wear just one color. The behavior of the people is so friendly,nobody fights against other one. And the principal feature of the Pepper Landers is a beautiful voice, that’s why they’re always singing.
Pepper land is protected by the Sgt. Pepper and his band “the lonely Hearts Club”, and there are just three rules:
1. - Don’t frown
2. - Don’t wear just one color
3. - Solve whatever problem in peace
Everybody has a special job in the city, there’s abaker, a doctor, a barber, etc. Everyday in Pepper Land the people used to sing and dance, and say “hello, hello” to each other. They are like a big chorus playing a musical of Broadway
Pepper Land is where Teddy lives. Teddy is a boy who dreams to become a singer but he is the only one in Pepper land that cannot sing, maybe because her mother wasn’t from Pepper Land. He is medium height, thin,purple eyes and brown hair. He lives with his father and sister, Maxwell and Rita, Maxwell is a robust man with a white beard and bright blue eyes, he is the hammer man of the city, he can do whatever thing with his silver hammer, Rita is a lovely girl who is studying in the Pepper land’s School, she wants to be a nurse, she is short and blond haired with big brown eyes.
But that’s the funnyand happy part of the story, behind the big blue mountains there’s another city Liver Land, it is a gray city full of stone houses without windows, always is cloudy, and the streets are alone, the leaves of the trees are dark blue with red thorns, there is a little lake of green water. The weather is cold and sometimes it snow. There is where the blue Meanies live, they are little blue fatcreatures, without arms just big hands that looks like wings, and small foot with just one brown shoe, they have a big nose like a sausage and big mouth with red lips, their eyes are very small, so they have to use big glasses with much magnification, they wear a blue big coat that never change, they smell like an onion inside a dirty sock.
They are so grumpy and hate the music and everything thatproduces it. Because their small eyes they can’t stand colorful colors, they love the color blue. We can say that their principal objective in their life is to finish with the music and turn everything in color blue. They like to create new technology as vehicles and weapons that help them to get their goal.
The major of the city is known as the Evil Meany; since he became major he was planning anattack to Pepper Land, because he says that is a lot of happiness in just one place. Their scientists have been creating new weapons that steal the voice of the people and turn them in a dark blue color. Everything was prepared to attack Pepper Land.
One day while Teddy was practicing his singing, the city was attacked by the Blue Meanies; everybody was running for their life and shouting...
