My vision of the Managing Change

What is the meaning of Managing Change?

From a theoretical point of view we can define, Managing Change is the process, tools and techniques involved in theHuman Resources business change states, in order to obtain the desired result in the most effective in the context of the structure social organization.
From a practical standpoint, companies are likea living; always affect both external and internal changes, often the changes that occur as result of other previous change. These changes may be an opportunity for the company to suffer a growth ora crash.
All companies suffer some what changes. The company that best suits them; they can gain a competitive advantage only if competition is not able to withstand such changes in a profitableway.
Attributing the idea of ​​big problems amount to big changes would lead to a large and common error. Like, you try to create a common and continuous action to meet the challenges successfully.The problem, as Charles Handy said, is that the changes are discontinuous and do not respond to patterns and also small changes-such that organizations often not detected-are those who mean hugedifferences in the lives of people and it can affect business.
As a practical example I can point out as a country like Switzerland which it is a country known for its watches knew what a little find"unimportant change" can mean. In 1970, Switzerland controlled 90% of the world market of watches. One day, a worker experienced of the largest watch companies showed his boss a new model that had justinvented. It was a quartz electronic clock. His superior observed the prototype and said: "This is not a clock. It hasn´t springs or rubies "and gave no importance to the discovery. But the Japaneseand the Americans perfected this idea. When on sale the quartz watches, in 1982, 90% of who controlled the Swiss market is down to 15%.
