Summary
As part of its activities, your company may have to realize telephone surveys with its customers. This document describes how to manage quotas associated with call campaigns.Objectives
The quotas management module allows you to associate a characteristic to each record in the callfile as the sample to be interviewed. For each characteristic, the solution defines a"quota" of calls. A record is included in a quota when the call status selected by the consultant is eligible to quotas.
Principle
For a better understanding of the management of quotas, we propose toillustrate this. As part of an investigation, you want to set quotas call for: - People living in Ile de France and situated in the age group 18-25 years - People living in Loire Atlantique, theMaritime Alps and Pas de Calais, also located in the age group 18-25 years The location is a standard demographic known at callfile creation; it will help to create the "characteristics".
The featureseditor can combine criteria using logical operators AND / OR. So we could add to our characteristics the gender criterion based on civility for example. The age of the respondent is a criterionunknown to the investigator prior to connection with the respondent; this criterion will be critical information that will validate the quota. The age of the person will be chosen from the list of statutesproposed to the investigator.

If the investigator chooses the status "18-25years old" the call will be included in the quotas, if valid, such as "refuse to answer", it will not be counted. When importing records in your callfile, the system automatically assigns Vocalcom...
