Many companies have problems because the poor choice of managers, often
don’t know direct and they think that they have reason when could bethat
your subordinates have more experience. Other reason could be that a
subordinate want press your boss to do something. And these situations are
very common problems betweenboss and subordinate. There people
incapable of working together because their temperament.
Often boss needs to be severely with their actions for obtain cooperation and
honesty oftheir subordinates. Alike many subordinates don’t depend of
their bosses for to do something, they have initiative.
A subordinate must to appreciate your boss’s goals andpressures, his
strengths and weaknesses. Sometimes managers have good management
and their jobs are at stake for any error or unimportant details. This is
depending on the criterionof each boss.
A subordinate should be aware and have a good relationship with the boss
because it would ensure a work in harmony and so maintain the quality of
the production.Not all the work is accountability of a subordinate, a boss
must keep your employees happy, to respond as the boss needs.
With a clear understanding both sides establish a way ofworking together.
Often subordinates are that before you tell you what the boss expects of
them and be to work more efficiently between the two.
In my opinion a subordinate isable to see how much the boss needs their
help and cooperation effectively at the do his make your job, and a boss must
protect their employees and motivate them to their job.
