In an M&M's Bag

All the M&M's in the bag were the same

Green M&M had the same amount of chocolate as Red M&M.

Red M&M had the same amount of chocolate as Yellow M&M.

Yellow M&M had thesame amount of chocolate as Orange M&M.

Orange M&M had the same amount of chocolate as Green M&M.

They all had the same goals in life. To not to anything and just wait for the day when they wouldbe eaten. Of course to most of us that sounds like a very sad life, but to them it wasn't. To them it was the best lifestyle they could possibly live. Thats the way their parents had lived, the waytheir grandparents had lived and the way they had been taught to live. They were just doing what they thought was right. But in that bag of M&M's there was an exception.

Blue M&M had the same amountof chocolate as all the other M&M's.

But Blue M&M was different, because he, unlike the rest of the chocolates had a bigger goal. He wanted to be an ingredient in a cake. That was his biggestdream in life. He didn't want to be like the rest of the M&M's who just wanted to be eaten… no, he wanted to be part of something bigger. But of course the rest of the M&M's didn't understand.

"BlueM&M, that is wrong. You should just be a chocolate, not an ingredient in a cake." Green M&M told him.

"Blue M&M, what are you talking about? You should just enjoy your life. There's no point tohaving goals. You are just a chocolate." Orange M&M said.

"Blue M&M you think you are so smart with your big goals, but you are never going to achieve them." Yellow M&M told him.

They treated himterribly. They never invited him to their celebrations. They always told him to go to the corner of the bag because they didn't want him around them. And mostly Blue M&M didn't care, but of course therewere times when he felt really sad. There were times when he thought they might be right, that he might never achieve his goal. One time he even went to the rest of the M&M's and told them he had...
