RESUMEN

Empresas CMPC es unade las mayores empresas forestales de Latinoamérica .Sus
principales productos son rollizos, madera aserrada y remanufacturada, celulosa de fibra larga y
corta, papel de embalaje, cartulinas, cajas de cartón corrugado y bolsas industriales.

Se presenta una necesidad de empresas Cartulinas CMPC Planta Maule de elaborar un
sistema de gestión administrativa para las actividades de lubricación.Esta organización en su
sistema de gestión carece de un buen sistema de control y un buen sistema de manejo de flujos
de información y de procedimientos que regulen estos flujos.

En consecuencia para este problema se implementara una propuesta de un sistema de
información administrativo para apoyar todas las tareas de lubricación para el buen desempeño de
esta.

Se realiza una auditoriainterna, para analizar el sistema actual de gestión de las tareas de
lubricación, con el fin de establecer las debilidades y fortalezas de este ,para poder establecer
claramente y dirigir los esfuerzos en los ámbitos mas críticos de las tareas de lubricación y
establecer claramente los flujos de información y regular los ‘procedimientos para que la propuesta
del sistema funcione sininconvenientes y estancamiento ni desvíos de información y aporte la
mayor cantidad de datos para la correcta toma de decisiones para que la organización no fracase
en su tarea de lubricación preventiva y así trabajar en conjunta labor con el departamento de
mantención para poder obtener una mejor confiabilidad de los equipos para una buena
producción.

ABSTRAC
Companies CMPC is one of thegreater forest companies of Latin America main products are
tree trunks, sawed wood and remanufactured, cellulous of long fiber and cuts, paper packing, fine
cardboards, industrial boxes of corrugated cardboard and bags.

A necessity of companies appears to elaborate a system of administrative management for
the lubrication activities. This organization in its system of management lacks agood system of
control and a good system for handling of the flows of information and procedures that regulate
these flows.

Consequently to this problem a proposal of an administrative information system was
implemented to support all the lubrication tasks for the good performance of this.

An internal audit was made, to analyze the present management system the lubrication
tasks, with thepurpose of establishing the weaknesses and strengths of this, to be able to establish
clearly and to direct the efforts in the mas critical scopes of the lubrication tasks and of establishing
the information flows clearly and of regulating ` procedures so that the proposal of the system
works without disadvantages and stagnation and deflections of information and contributes the
greateramount of data for the correct decision making so that the organization does not fail in her
task of preventive lubrication and thus to work in joint work with the maintenance department to be
able to obtain one better trustworthiness of equipment for a good production.
