1.-INTRODUCCION:

El presente manual contiene los criterios de organización, detallando las funciones de cada una de las áreas que integran la dirección general de agua potable y alcantarillado del municipio de texcoco, y está dirigidotanto para el personal que la conforma siendo este instrumento de consulta y orientación, así como para aquellas dependencias y entidades ajenas a la misma con interés de conocer su funcionamiento organizacional

El manual está dirigido a todo el personal para que conozca con exactitud y precisión sus funciones, pueda realizarlas en forma eficaz y eficiente, ayudando de esta manera, a conservar yelevar la imagen del municipio, así como identificar las interrelaciones existentes entre las diferentes aéreas de esta dirección, a fin de evitar la duplicidad de actividades, delimitar funciones y detectar omisiones.

2.-MISION:

Atender las necesidades de agua en cantidad y calidad, saneamiento y reusó en el municipio de texcoco. Promover el uso racional y eficiente, así como la distribución justa y equitativa a todos los sectores usuarios, para propiciar un desarrollo sustentable.
