FAST AND LS TTL

Low Power Schottky (LSTTL) has become the industry standard logic in recent years, replacing the original 7400 TTL with lower power and higher speeds. In addition to offering the standard LS TTL circuits, Motorola offers the FAST Schottky and TTL family. Complete specifications for each of these families are provided in datasheet form. Functional selector guides not only provide an overview of already introduced devices but planned introduction dates of new products.
