We made a market investigation for taking an average price in canned vegetables of 225 g. with an average price of $5.975.
So we need to have apublic lower price. To reach the lower price we are using a cheaper can & label.
Our can will be thinner & the label without bright finish.Design one attractive image making notice the cheap price on the product.
For publicity we give longer credits or discounts in price forsupermarket & they have more utility. Try to place the product on the main entrance of the supermarket, so that people that don’t know the product and thecheap price can see it, and thing about buying it giving emphasis in the lowest price.
For the distribution of this project avoid getting theservices of other companies it’s better to trine your staff for the distribution and levering the products only to supermarkets, we are goingcapacitation to our new sales persons. It could be an investment but in lounge terms will be more redituable, it we skip the intermediate we can raisethe price selling directly to the supermarkets
The distribution as described before is directly to supermarkets, but in specific rural & urbanareas for low and medium low resources neighborhoods.
The idea to be impacting & colorful is making emphasis in our price.
Make an investigation onthe incomes so that in a long term we could get more wins and increase the price just a little, so that is still attractive to supermarkets.
