Even though every day we see, hear, read and generally, we are in contact with various media, is a complex task todefine the number of meanings and concepts that they imply. For some, the media are the most effective and quick to send a message to others, are a means of social manipulation by witch the differentbranches of society at the time they were, as a means by which you can express positive and negative of a situation or a particular context.
However, it is necessary to define the media from yourmost essential condition, that is, from the origin of its nature, it is through this definition it’s possible to understand the meaning and the way we understand the media communication.
The media arethe instruments by informs and communicates in bulk, they are the way people, members of a society or community find out what is happening around them in economic, political, social, etc… the media arethe physical representation of communication in our world, that is, are the channel through which information is collected, processed and, finally, express themselves, communicate.
The media aredivided by their physical structure, in:
Media: the media are those who hear and see, that is, are the means that are based on images and sounds to express the information. Are part of that group oftelevision and film, though, when talking about news media, the latter is hardly taken into account since it is considered more as a means of cultural entertainment.
Radio media: radio is the medium ofthis group. Its importance is that the medium is perhaps more quickly get the information because, besides the few requirements that involve production, does not need graphics to communicate, just tobe on the scene, or in a cabin sound, and broadcast.
