ABSTRACT


In this assignment theconstruction and application of all the knowledge acquired in the course of process characterization projects.

First identify the activities carried out in cheese corn through videos, then relate these activities in order to associate them with specific functional areas, after grouping were given a name to be identified as a process, already having spent processes to define objectives andinstitutional factors, then perform the prioritization process for key processes, then the process map is created.

Another part of the work is the development and implementation of a catalog of processes and their interaction in the catalog information is gathered and processes in the relationship with the media that relate to another process are identified.

The characterization of each process isalso identified with them and worked PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) It is noteworthy that this academic work the way how management methods involves using the example of the Corn Cheese Company was realized. He also reflected that process management and monitoring is a key tool to monitor any organizational problems.

INTRODUCCIÓN E INFORMACIÓN GENERAL


En el siguiente trabajo se proyecta la construcción y aplicación de todo el conocimiento adquirido en el curso de caracterización de procesos en cinco etapas (la etapa uno, dos y tres se reflejan en elcapítulo dos y la etapa cuatro y cinco en el capítulo tres), con el fin de determinar y encaminar la investigación en base a la Unidad 1 Métodos de la Gestión de Proceso y Unidad 2 Desarrollar Matriz de Comunicaciones.
