As we allknow improving the overall financial situation of our organization is a task of foremost importance. It is my belief that in order to support the achievement of this goal, we must promote awarenessand understanding of the change initiative to influence employees’ willingness to embrace the organization’s culture. In order to accomplish our goals we will be implementing an 8-hour seminar oncultural change in our healthcare organization.
After careful consideration of 3 consulting specialist in the field, I have chosen XYZ Consulting Group due to their expertise in organizing changemanagement seminars for well-known companies in the field achieving impressive results. This firm offers a low cost and complete seminar that covers the main issues concluded in the previous survey. One of theother two options was overpriced and the other option didn’t fulfill the company’s needs correctly. The proposal is based on culture, leadership and communication and continuous improvement which arethe main issues we should focus on to make changes in our organization.
